Energy Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup rice crispies
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/2 cup dates (puree)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

Mash everything together, put into a pan and cut into bar shapes.
