Red Pesto Sausage Pasta

Serves 4

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 6 sausages
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 400g can chopped tomatoes
• 1 tbs dried oregano
• 350g pasta
• 1 tbsp red pesto

Instructions:

1. Heat oil, cook sausages, remove and cut
2. Fry onions and garlic. Add tomatoes, sausage, oregano and seasoning
3. Cook pasta
4. When sauce thickened, add pesto. We normally add quite a bit more than the recipe states.
