Red Pesto Sausage Pasta
Serves 4
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 sausages
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbs dried oregano
- 350g pasta
- 1 tbsp red pesto
Instructions:
- Heat oil, cook sausages, remove and cut
- Fry onions and garlic. Add tomatoes, sausage, oregano and seasoning
- Cook pasta
- When sauce thickened, add pesto. We normally add quite a bit more than the recipe states.
